As a single homeowner, nearing the closing date of  the sale of my home and suddenly discovering I had extensive hail damage, I was blessed the day John showed up at my house. I can’t say enough about what a pleasure it has been working with John and HCC Restoration during my roof/siding project, especially under particularly difficult and frustrating insurance conditions! He assisted me every step of the way, thoroughly explaining the damage with extensive photos, the recorded dates and degree of hail strikes to my particular house, and the process in which everything would take place. His knowledge of the insurance claim process was such that he went far and beyond what most contractors would do, all in anticipation of avoiding any possible issues. And as it turned out, my insurance company did deny the claim, 3 times! When I thought I was at the end of the road, John further assisted me by putting me in contact with people that were able to further support and justify my claim. And ‘Voila’, the decision on the claim was reversed! The job was then started, just 3 days later, on Tues of this wk., and by 8:30pm Th. it was completed. The men on the job were incredibly skilled hard workers, putting in 12+ hr days, courteous, and did an impressive job of cleaning up. And last but not least, it all looks FANTASTIC!

Yes, it is possible to find an honest contractor with integrity and who will work as hard as it takes, not only to get the job done, but done beyond expectation. Hello to anybody reading ! Anyone needing restoration of their homes (roof siding ect) after calamities storms or just because they choose to. Contact HCC Restoration  for the absolute best experience! Veteran owned !

I was referred to John Derberger owner of HCC Restoration (Honor Courage & Commitment ) by Nick Moen owner of  Four Seasons whom I had a very pleasant encounter with and Nick advised me That I needed HCC Restoration-  John Deirberger owner of HCC Restoration who is also a Veteran Business owner.  I contacted John who showed up sharp and ready to re-examine my roof and siding and pointed out extensive damage told me how and why and told me if i give him the opportunity to help me resolve the matter he would help me understand the damage and what it would take to get it done and promised me follow through to the end and he did that . I then contracted with john for the work pending insurance and john assisted me when I allowed him to communicate with them on my behalf and together because i didnt have a clue of how to proceed , the point here is that john  never abandoned me we were in communications at least 3 times a week with estimates details of the work and the impact he also communicated the same to my insurance company providing solid documentation photos and numbers , Johns tenacity is unmatched! Ultimately after a number of adjusters the insurance company saw that this was a valid and extensive claim and the adjuster began the work on solidifying it , still not meeting the mark of complete restoration John continued to work through this with me until a solution. John was genuinely concerned for me as a consumer and home owner and he did his due diligence without asking me for a dime until work was done. John persisted with me showing up, taking time to explain and teach me about the work and damage and supported me on many calls and emails with my insurer.  Fast forward, John and his crew showed up and went to work . His work teams were diligent, busy and focused for hours on end every moment they were on my premises. They were working meticulously and carefully in detail , they were kind, considerate and very friendly . John and his partners came  often checking on the work and checking on me. John, Justin, Tim and especially Jordan! They literally restored my home better than its original condition and it's beautiful. With storms in the forecast they wasted no time! They worked to avoid storms in between. cleaned up the mess efficiently. Had the dumpsters removed expeditiously soon my yard was back to normal and my home not just repaired but restored from the hail and storm damage better than its original with colors so close that family had not noticed how they repaired the storm damage like it somehow just disappeared . Now that is restoration! To top it off, they didn't even run back and bang down my door for the funds they knew I had received a huge portion of . It was the 4th of July week, and they worked, took their break, and left me to take mine . That impressed me a bit as usual companies want payment when work is done . There was a huge trust factor built between myself and HCC and they truly lived up to their company name . After the holiday, I called to pay, and they simply checked everything out. I had me complete the document saying work was done. Every step of the way I was confident that my home would be taken care of and I promise you it was because of the support and assurance of John along with his impeccable knowledge  along with his partners Justin Jordan and Big Tim. I couldn't be more satisfied and happy that Nick Moen of Four Seasons roofing referred me to John and HCC restorations. I definitely experienced Honor Courage and commitment personified through the work of these men and their diligence of helping me !  They deserve everything !
